So bought this to help with my two boys and it instantly started to work to my surprise. My only issue is the condition of the remote. It looks used which is frustrating

I did not reach out to customer service as it functions fine. Also stink I bought it and the next day it droped $15 in price but that's my luck. I'm only on day 2 but so far worth it.

Received product quickly. I had purchased the white collars because my dogs are white. What I received are gray collars which is disappointing as my dogs are white

Product operates as described, but I have only had a few days. Very strange that the Bousnic name was not on the product box, not on any of the literature or on the product remote itself. Makes me wonder.
