Don’t trust Bousnic
I have been contacting Bousnic for two months now trying to get a replacement for my device. When my devices had first broken, I contacted them and received a response
I have been contacting Bousnic for two months now trying to get a replacement for my device. When my devices had first broken, I contacted them and received a response asking what the problem was. After explaining to them and trying to use the warranty that came with the product, they stopped responding. I have contacted them numerous times and they refuse to respond. I wouldn’t trust them to honor anything they may say. I had only had the device for a month before it had broken. Just be cautious when purchasing Bousnic products.

My basset came from a rough background, even though he was only one. He was so happy to be free and safe, he was filled with so much joy at the park that all he wanted to do was run and play, and bark at the other dogs to get them to play some more. All the dogs and people loved him but became frustrated when his barking went on too long or got too loud. We got a couple shock collars, but never used them. Considering his background, I just couldn't electrocute him for training. He never would have trusted us again. On the first day using the beeper with this collar, he started to learn very quickly. The beep gives him enough of a startle to pause, and he has learned not to bark too much around the people. It also gives him pause if he is too pushy toward another dog for play. As he learns, we will turn down the volume on the beeps and eventually move to the vibrate mode. My sweet adopted boy is still so happy, but less frustrating to other parents at the park. And he still has so much fun playing and barking with his friends. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is leery about shock collars.

Both dogs are responding really well to the beep. Haven’t had to use vibrate. They stop dead in their tracks as soon as they hear that beep.
