It took a week or so before they didn't seem annoyed by the taste, but now they drink it with gusto. I use two pumps in each quart bottle drinker. That might be a little diluted from suggested use, but they get it every day and also other supplements. I have switched from using a big water container to three 1 quart water dispensers. That way they get fresh water every day. That also makes difference in their consumption. I also am alomst 70 and the heavier water containers are difficult for my arthritic hands to hold and carry. SO I have three smaller ones with fresh water every morning. Everyone is happy!

My chicks had to go on antibiotics to kill coccidiosis. I think this helped all three of my chicks but especially one, who got severe grit impaction right after her last dose of antibiotic. I can't prove that Nutri Drench did anything, but I noticed that my chicks got much bigger and more mature after drinking Nutri Drench for days. The first thing I did before knowing my chick had grit impaction, was deliver nutri drench directly into the chick (she was not eating or drinking). The nutri drench perked her up a bit. I think it is possible that Nutri drench kept her going until I could get her to the veterinarian.
