This litter features tracking-resistant granules. However, cats often scratch, jump, or kick in the box which can cause tracking. If you notice tracking, use a high-sided litter box and a litter mat.

I used the regular formula and had to use the extra strength once due to limited availability. I’m glad because it works really well & I don’t want to go back to the other nixie formula. Also, one of my cats is weird and rolls around in the litter box. I like knowing she is somehow getting some probiotics from that haha

Litter more like sand in this bag. Usually more clay like. My cat, perhaps coincidentally, came down with a Urinary Tract Infection, and she began to owe next to the box rather than in it. She is 19, so she could also be getti getting a little forgetful as to where she is (in the box or next to it), but I am wondering if the consistency of the litter material on her paws threw her off a bit. Usually she is fine with to e litter - for 10 years at least.

Good 2-3 wk odor control, and clumping, especially with an automatic litter box. But sticks to their feet a little and that's a hazard I can't risk. Also tracks some and leaves damp paw prints on my hardwood floor- a constant issue!! And sticks to the bottom of the tray terribly! Too bad. I really had high hopes about this one.

The package inside the shipping carton was OBVIOUSLY compromised.

It was BURST and the contents (cat pan litter) was all over the inside of the box. THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!!! The package was leaking litter outside the box and

The package was leaking litter outside the box and the litter was all over the place inside the box. This is clearly unacceptable and was negligent of the delivery person to deliver it and walk away.

Boxie Cat is much less dusty than other clumping clay litters we have used. We would like it if the odor control lasted a bit longer. We use a bag of litter per extra large litter pan and the odor control lasts a couple weeks. I pick out the pan at least twice daily and the litter clumps well so the only reason we do a complete clean out and change when we do is the odor.

Yes it’s expensive. Yes it weighs a ton, you feel the weight every time you scoop the box. It lasts, I have 2 cats, so I save money because I don’t have to buy litter all the time. Hardly any dust and only order right after a poop. Please note that I scoop several times a day. Who wants a dirty bathroom.

My cats liked it as it was soft on their paws. Unfortunately it tracked EVERYWHERE in my house. I have cats with a lot of hair (think main coon) and it stuck to their paws and then fell off all over the house. We were sweeping 3 times a day and still could not keep up with it. It definitely helped with the smell but was not worth the mess it mads.
