Do they have bones in them?
Answer by • Jun 11, 2020
Ducks naturally have 3 digits in their feet, but the feet bones are soft and have a high cartilage content rather than high calcium content. This is because the bones have to be soft and flexible for swimming. When Bravo's duck feet are dry roasted, the high cartilage content takes on the consistency of something like a dried tendon or a dried trachea. There's no sense of "bone" being present when you handle the treat.
Do these duck feet have nails or have they been clipped off?
Answer by • May 04, 2020
The nails have been removed from the treats for your pets safety.
I am a little confused. It says freeze-dried and dry-roasted. Does it mean cooked? Cooked bones are a concern for me.
Answer by • Jan 15, 2018
The Dry Roasted process is at a low enough heat to where the bones are not affected.
Where are these made? And from where are the ingredients sourced please?
Answer by • Aug 07, 2024
These treats are made in the USA, and ingredients are also sourced in the U.S.
