Is it waterproof?
Yes. BravoWalk Pro is IP67 certified meaning that it is waterproof for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter.
No. We use a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) for correction; much different than static shock. The stimulation shouldn’t be painful, but more of a way to get your dog’s attention - like if someone was to tap you on the shoulder. BravoWalk has 3 modes that employ TENS because refocusing dogs attention varies with their respective leash behaviors.

Although we took extensive training, my shepherd still pulled my mom on the leash. She wasn’t able to use the old e collar’s turn dials with her fingers. We got desperate enough to try something new. This collar was a hit! Due to the previous training he had with a trainer, he understood immediately what the vibrate meant and it happened with correct timing, so minimal confusion. He thought twice about going after two dogs today, passed with flying colors! There is a little sensitivity where it can beep if he’s just shaking or jumping around a lot. Just put it on right before you leave the house so your dog isn’t confused. To prevent mixed signaling from accidental beeps, I’d recommend this as a short term tool just until your pup learns expectations.

Moving from a house with fenced yard to one without walking my dog who pulls the entire time was a stressful and miserable chore 3-4 times a day. I've spent so much money on trainers trying to rectify the pulling and I could not believe the very first walk with this collar, I was blown away, it works. I have it on the lowest setting, just beeps and vibrates, I have a new dog. Walking is now enjoyable for both of us as we can take long, leisurely walks. Wish I tried this sooner. Truly life changing.

My dog has an annoying habit of lunging at other dogs when we are on walks. I received the Bravo Walk collar as a gift to see if it could help. The training clips are short and helpful. I like the collar's magnet connection - easy to get on and off. So off we went with the collar on the vibrate only mode. At first, my dog was startled and looked back at me. She learned quickly with the immediate feedback and after a few walks, didn't pull when she saw squirrels and birds. I even pulled on the leash purposefully to get her to stop barking at a neighbor. I'm ready to take her to a busy spot to try it out around other dogs. I'm glad there are a variety of TENS levels since she is a bit sensitive. It's easy to see which level is activated. Great design - the immediate feedback works!

Jethro is highly trainable for sure, but he is an exuberant Lab puppy and is easily distracted. This product seems to work extremely well for him.
