Count 5, deliver 3, and uncut pre filters

Purchased what appeared to be a good deal that was probably too good to be true. Product description indicated 5 filters, but the package delivered contained 3. There

Purchased what appeared to be a good deal that was probably too good to be true. Product description indicated 5 filters, but the package delivered contained 3. There were also pre filters that were 4 times as large and uncut and not fitting the HPA100 without cutting and trying to make it fit.
