Can't figure it out

I guess I am not as tech savvy as I thought I still don't know how to even put this thing together. I guess I will have to return it.

Broken auto feature, terrible app

The paper is supposed to advance automatically when it detects usage. It doesn't. It detects the dog in/out movements ok but it doesn't advance the paper. I have

The paper is supposed to advance automatically when it detects usage. It doesn't. It detects the dog in/out movements ok but it doesn't advance the paper. I have to go on their very terrible app to advance the paper or do it manually. The rolls run out pretty quickly and they're not cheap. After 2 days I'm already at 80%. At this rate I'll have to replace the roll by day 10. A 2-pack is $50. Let's do some math. At 10 days per roll, $25 per roll, I'll end up spending $75/mo on paper. Then there's the app. First, it kept crashing during the set up process. Then, it sometimes thinks there's a dog on the unit when there's nothing there, so it wont advance the paper. The app itself is ugly and has an outdated interface. Yes you can still smell the poop. Not as strongly, but get close enough to the roll and you still smell it.

This automatic potty pad is AWESOME!! We have a rescue named Loka and when she came to us, she pottied whenever and wherever she wanted. It was awful. With a little bit of work, she now uses this. She poops, I get a notification and wherever I am I can roll it up for a fresh pad. I highly recommend this to anyone who asks about it.

Terrible! Don't buy!

I bought the Brilliant smartpad and the app is horrible! It won't connect unless it's on a slower connection, 2.4ghz. Ridiculous. The app is very basic and faulty
