Poor Quality

I was cleaning my chicks brooder the other day, and went to change the cover to a new one since we had been using the old one for a month or so, and the brand new

I was cleaning my chicks brooder the other day, and went to change the cover to a new one since we had been using the old one for a month or so, and the brand new cover I pulled out of the cardboard box had a piece missing, broken off from the corner and a crack spreading from that corner. Since they cost so much for 3 of these I am very disappointed. It would be different had they been cheaper, but for that price they should be NEW and UNDAMAGED. The missing piece was not in the cardboard box they came in, so it must have been broken before it was put in the box and shipped to me. Now I need to find replacement covers somewhere else ASAP!
