How to measure dog to get good fit for a muzzle

Measure the circumference of your dog's snout at it's widest point. Then, measure from the tip of the nose to 0.5 inch below the eyes to determine the snout length.

My dog has destroyed several muzzles in order to satisfy his obsession with eating rocks. This one has withheld his smashing of his face into the ground and doesn’t bend or break. If a rock gets in through the openings it will fall out right away because of the distance between his nose and the end of the muzzle. It fits his face very well and it has a nice cushy pad that fits around his face. So far, it’s been great!
