Brutus & Barnaby 6-in Bully Sticks Dog Treats, 10 count

First time trying these bully sticks from Brutus & Barnaby. We’ve been on the hunt for bulky sticks lately & have been trying all kinds of brands. My dogs have certain health diet concerns & restrictions so we’ve been on the hunt for natural one ingredient types of treats. (Or at least healthy ingredients) Since they enjoyed Brutus & Barnaby’s sweet potatoes, I figured their bully sticks would be great. Upon arrival, they were quite small. 6” is usually a decent size for them but these were very small & very thin. Not sure if it was just my batch or if its standard for their brand, but the bully sticks were relatively on the thin side which made it look even smaller. They were so thin, it didn’t fit in our size small bully stick holders. We’ve had other brands where the sticks were thicker so 6” in length were perfect. But these were thin which made 6” in length look very small. Especially for their price. The quality of the sticks was decent. There’s no initial smell to them but once they are chewed on, the bully sticks definitely omit an odor. Not too foul but not pleasant either. We won’t be purchasing these in the future since we now know how thin these are. Seems perfect for smaller pups like Malteses, yorkies & etc. But for my medium sized pups, it’s a choking hazard & a waste in my opinion. But we do love their brand.
