Bubba Rose Biscuit Co. Assorted Birthday Dog Treats, 12 count

We ordered these for my pups 13 year birthday in November 2024. To be fair to Chewy this wasn’t at all their fault, I want to clear that up right now. This wasn’t still in the original packaging (boxed, labeled and plastic packaging) from 3rd party. When I opened the plastic all seemed ok, opened the box (which was still taped, the cookies inside were in sealed plastic, they were dust, similar to how flour would look. At first I didn’t see the bugs. I continued to look at the package amazed at how badly the cookies were damaged when they had been packaged so carefully. That’s when they started to come out of the remaining cookies. 40-50 at least tiny bugs. Similar to what you would see in flour. Weevils I believe they are called, they sometimes will get into flour or a product like that. The icing was still very much intact and they hadn’t touched it. But they were everywhere. I quickly threw box and all out of my house and called Chewy to let them know about the product. These creatures could be a problem for any item containing flour. They did refund my money and give me a credit on my account but I couldn’t recommend anyone ever buy this product.
