I ordered this collar after being away for a weekend and coming back to collarless pooch. He lost his vaccination tags, I’d tag and state tag. I had previously had a traditional collar with the push clasp. Somehow my boy lost it all. So I decided to get him a collar that wouldn’t break away from him. This has been the best collar he has ever warn. The buckle is where most of the weight is. The seatbelt closure is good for the dog who can free himself from most collars. The only challenge is cleaning the collar. A quick trip in a mesh bag with the dog’s other laundry will clean it effectively. If I had to buy this again, I would. It’s the one collar my dog can’t ditch.
