Disappointed!!

I was looking forward to getting this collar so bad. Then I opened the package and was very disappointed. You can’t even see the name on it and it’s covered up

I was looking forward to getting this collar so bad. Then I opened the package and was very disappointed. You can’t even see the name on it and it’s covered up by the collar adjuster. For the money that you pay for this collar. But I’ll never buy this again until it’s fixed.

Slightly Disappointed

I got this collar for my cat named Zero, and obviously one of the things I was excited about was being able to put his name on it. Upon receiving, the name was

I got this collar for my cat named Zero, and obviously one of the things I was excited about was being able to put his name on it. Upon receiving, the name was so small on the collar I was actually shocked. It was very small it was no bigger than my pinky nail and I’m a small person. I feel like it’s not even noticeable and on top of that, the name is placed right where the adjustable buckle thing is so you can’t even see it. I do think the collar itself is very cute, but the personalization aspect was mediocre at best. I was really hoping for at least a bigger font. I know “Zero” is a small name but it was not emphasized on the collar. I would definitely order a collar again, but probably not a custom one. I love chewy and their whole company, but sometimes things just don’t meet expectations and now I know.
