Darling harness. Wish it fit our pup, but the customer service was 5 stars

This harness was so cute! I wish it fit our oddly-shaped pup, but he is hard to fit and I couldn't make it work. Darn it! However, when I called Chewy to find out about returning it I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service personnel and the return policy. I love that Chewy is so supportive of local shelters and rescue organizations--to have them say, "Do not spend the money to send the harness back. Please donate it to your local shelter or rescue" is an indication that a company is truly pet-centric.
