Wanted to like so much. Ordered 2 - neither one will open. Button depresses but won’t release on either. Good idea, that’s all I can say.

very disappointed

Ordered two- both extremely hard to open. Good idea but at least 2 collars are bad. Besides too light weight material for the collar.
