Great looking collar, impossible to open the latch

I’m an avid Mickey Mouse fan. Originally ordered a medium, couldn’t open the pressure latch. Since it’s too big, ordered a small. Can’t open it either. SO disappointed

I’m an avid Mickey Mouse fan. Originally ordered a medium, couldn’t open the pressure latch. Since it’s too big, ordered a small. Can’t open it either. SO disappointed. The leash is beautiful as are the collars but no good if I can’t get them on my dog.
