Minnie Mouse dog collar

This collar is heavy and bulky. Could not open the clasp. Not suitable for a small dog such as my shitz tsu. Had to return.

Love the collar can’t get button release to work

I like the look of collar, but can’t get off and on. The release button doesn’t work. In order to bathe her I had to loosen it completely while on her and pull

I like the look of collar, but can’t get off and on. The release button doesn’t work. In order to bathe her I had to loosen it completely while on her and pull over her head. I haven’t tried putting back on yet. It was expensive to not work right. I would rate a 5 if worked. Is it returnable, I would like another if I can get one that works.
