The Rugrats! Totally love this seatbelt collar! How cool is it that Tucker can have our fave 90s Nickelodeon characters on his collar!! The material of the collar is made of a soft and sturdy seatbelt material that does not catch in his hair (yes, hair not fur). The seatbelt latch is unique! Easy for humans to latch and unlatch (like a airplane seatbelt) - dog will not be able to get at the latch. The collar is adjustable to fit and is not weighted down at all. This collar has been the hit with all Tucker’s dog friends!!
