For the best fit, we recommend measuring your pet and matching your pet's measurements as closely as possible to the sizing chart. To measure your pet's neck girth, measure around your pet's neck with a cloth tape measure, leaving room for two fingers. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two. Then take this measurement and compare with the sizing chart below:

The Small, Medium and Large collars measure approximately 1 inch wide and the Wide-Small, Wide-Medium and Wide-Large collars measure approximately 1.5 inches wide.

The buckle is heavy. Wouldn’t recommend for a small dog, so I’ll give it away. But it’s so cute and well made.

To heavy for a small dog

I ordered this in a small for my 9 lb shitzu and the buckle almost weighs more then he does. It a beautiful collar. Just to heavy

Pros and cons

It's a great made product but it has a heavy metal buckle clip.we have a boxer and the metal buckle irritated the underside of our dogs neck pretty bad.took a while
