Amazing Dog Collar!

I am excited about this new collar I purchased for my dog. The build quality is very good because of the buckle and locking mechanism similar to seat belts in a vehicle. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because it is slightly heavy. My dog is already adjusted but if you have a smaller dog under 15 pounds, it may be too heavy.
