Very Disappointed

The description for this collar indicates it is a breakaway collar, but it is not. It was rather pricey but I will not use it because if my kitty were to get caught,

The description for this collar indicates it is a breakaway collar, but it is not. It was rather pricey but I will not use it because if my kitty were to get caught, the collar would not breakaway. I will call customer service to learn about returning for a refund.
