How much does this collar weigh?

The seatbelt buckle collar weighs approximately 0.42–0.43 pounds for the 1.5 inch wide, and approximately 0.20–0.22 pounds for the 1 inch wide collar. While the plastic collars are a bit lighter, weighing around 0.16 to 0.22 pounds.

Are the buckles the same size or different sizes on the 1" and 1.5" wide collars?

The buckle on the 1.5 inch collar is approx 2.5 x 1.80 inches including the strap loop, and the 1.0 inch is much smaller than that.

Can this be used for a cat as well

Sugar skull collar

The fabric of the collar was nice and colors bright but did not like the seatbelt style clasp. It was heavy and difficult to operate.
