heavy for small pup

This is wider than expected and quite heavy for a little pup's neck. This may work ok for a bigger pup, but I got the small one thinking it would be thin enough

This is wider than expected and quite heavy for a little pup's neck. This may work ok for a bigger pup, but I got the small one thinking it would be thin enough for my Maltese. Definitely didn't expect the heavy weight of it. Haven't been able to use it. Going to try to return it.
