We live on a lot of land. With that said, I love how durable they are, because my female has had hers for a long time, and I just replaced it after years of fading. You can't get a better collar for the money!

OK, it was over a year, and it's a nice collar. The innards of the seat belt type buckle are not stainless, a little rust became evident. WD40 solved it for a
OK, it was over a year, and it's a nice collar. The innards of the seat belt type buckle are not stainless, a little rust became evident. WD40 solved it for a long time. Recently it has popped open when the dog lunged a couple of times. Now, at the worst time, when using it with a cone it won't stay snapped at all. Hope I've saved the old rusty traditional buckle collar somewhere.
