The family worked really well initially. Family started to have issues with flow of water even when the tank was full and the motor was on the struggle bus and that’s been going on and off for the last year and now this week every day I am starting to notice as flooding the cat mat where I have it and now I need to buy a new one a different kind. I’ve never had this issue before and I don’t know why it’s all of a sudden starting to leak somehow even when I’ve turned the motor down.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I WISH I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS ONE! These do not last. I bought one and it lasted 11 months then I got it replaced and that one only worked for a month and

I WISH I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS ONE! These do not last. I bought one and it lasted 11 months then I got it replaced and that one only worked for a month and did exactly what the other one did. They leak and splatter water on the floor. Chewy will not replace again since I am 14 days past original purchase. Would DEFINITELY not recommend.

My cats are obsessed

Both of my cats are water babies . They LOVE this water fountain . Chazz plays in the streams and tries to bite it and Dennis plays in the actual pool of water

Both of my cats are water babies . They LOVE this water fountain . Chazz plays in the streams and tries to bite it and Dennis plays in the actual pool of water . Since buying this , they drink more water than usual which is fine . The assembly for me was hard because it didn’t come with instructions and I didn’t realize that the instructions were on here , but I figured it out . The piece that goes in the bottom that creates the trickles can be turned up or down . I’m overall happy with my purchase and my cats are happy too

It was fine but despite using filtered water and using fountain filters, it got dirty quickly and it finally died after about 14 months.

A complete waste of money and time

The instructions are painfully brief and skip over critical information. The pump turns on, but the water never makes it up the tube and into the basin, never mind

The instructions are painfully brief and skip over critical information. The pump turns on, but the water never makes it up the tube and into the basin, never mind into the fountain spouts. Add to this, the false information about the automatic light and the auto turn off features, and the product is a cheat and a fraud. I'd give zero stars if I could. And I'm seriously reconsidering buying any such products from Chewy ever again.
