Instructions
Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn the device on or off. The unit will automatically enter the auto mode after powering on.

Not Great (Set-Up Instructions Very Unclear)

We're not entirely sure we set this contraption up correctly since the instructions are so poorly translated from another language. I even Googled this item to see if I could find it anywhere else on the web that may include a better how-to, but alas. I have included photos of the instructions so potential buyers can see for themselves. We did the best we could and then attached it to the wall in the closet where we keep all the litter boxes. It's been about two weeks, and we really haven't noticed a difference as far as the smell goes. Whether that's because we didn't set it up correctly or because the thing just doesn't work well, we have no idea. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's packaged in easily recyclable cardboard with a charging cord, a bonus pet tag, and instructions in 16 different languages. The English translation leaves a lot to be desired including clarity on how to operate this deodorizer. The first thing I did was charge the unit. It went from a blinking blue light to a solid blue light. I'm not sure which means that's it's on and working? If you hold down the blue button while it's solid it'll go to a combo red/blue light which I believe is a manual setting. I then stuck it to the tile wall outside the litter box. It adhered quickly and easily and was ready to go. I would like to set it in Automatic mode and I've looked through all of the reviews and still not sure what that is. Solid Blue? Blinking Blue? A quick Google search didn't uncover a more info about this specific product. I will keep reading these reviews as they come in. I'm hoping Solid Blue means it's on and working, and if there's a way to edit, I will come back and review the efficacy of this product.
Small, Compact and Rechargeable!

I’m using the Smart Pet Odor Purifier in my spare room above of one of three of my litter boxes. I like how small and compact the odor purifier is and it works well. I have five cats so I chose the most used litter box for installation. One of my cats is elderly and the odor purifier can’t quite keep up with his particular bathroom odors but it works well for normal, healthy cats’ elimination smells. I love that this is rechargeable via USB cable and I don’t need to worry about batteries!

This is fantastic because I’m always looking for litter that doesn’t have an overwhelming scent. HOWEVER I rated this at only four stars because the company didn’t take the time to provide clear instructions in English on how to operate the deodorizer. (See photos) Also I can only assume that the “key” that they refer to in order to activate the Manual Mode is the power button. However that button can only be accessed by removing the unit from the wall.

I noticed a difference in odor control within the first day of using it—unpleasant smells were noticeably reduced, even between full litter changes. It helps keep the area around the litter box smelling much fresher, which is a big plus, especially in smaller spaces. I really like the compact, round design. It doesn’t take up much room and was easy to place without interfering with my cat’s normal litter box routine. The scent is mild and not overpowering, which I appreciate, and my cat didn’t seem bothered by it at all—no hesitation or avoidance. Another thing I like is that it feels low-maintenance and long-lasting. It’s a simple solution that does exactly what it’s meant to do without adding extra work. It’s easier to just look at the pictures and figure it out yourself. It attached to our wall easily isn’t an eyesore. It’s staying charged, too soon to see how long it’ll continue to recharge. Seems okay so far, but I’m not sure about long term. Hopefully it’ll last.

Once I charged up the unit with the cord provided in the box, I installed it next to the litter box as directed which was fairly easy. Unit is lit up and seems to be working. Cat doesn’t seem to mind this by the litter box. Will continue to monitor to see if this helps with litter box odor as have not noticed marked improvement yet.

I do feel like it has helped, but have not had it a very long time to know the long term benefits of the product. Today is the first time it alerted me that it needed to be charged so it lasted about 2 weeks on a full charge. I don't like the instructions, however, as they are kind of poorly written so you have to decipher them a bit. But all in all it seems like this product might work well, just need to give it time to do its job!

I always clean the boxes once a day, but there still is always a smell, depsite using an odor reducting litter. With the purifier, our family noticed that the odor was gone. It stays charged for several days. I was skeptical of the product, but I am pleasantly surprised with the results.

Secondly, the directions are poorly written, obviously by a non-English speaking person. Thirdly, the directions indicated you need to "click" on "the key" to change between automatic function and manual function, but there is no part identified as a "key." The diagram shows a sensor, outlet, power switch, charging port, snap parts, and fixed seat. None of those indicates a "key." So, the unit is attached to one of my litter boxes, however; nothing happens. The unit is charged, the blue light is on, and it has yet to dispense any odor-eliminating scent. Of course, my cats are fascinated by it, but I could have bought several toys that would have piqued their interest and been more useful. I would not recommend this product.
