Is this product really necessary? No. Is it nice for your pup to have? Sure (if, unlike my dog, yours is not allergic to sweet potato). If, however, your dog already

Is this product really necessary? No. Is it nice for your pup to have? Sure (if, unlike my dog, yours is not allergic to sweet potato). If, however, your dog already scarfs down whatever's in their bowl, save your money. This product is a meal topper meant to entice dogs to eat the meal beneath, so if you have a super picky eater on your hands, maybe this product will help and be worthwhile. But also, maybe just try getting them another type of food they'll actually eat. That said, the ingredients seem high quality and it's a decent portion. TLDR: a fine, if unnecessary product if your pup isn't allergic to the ingredients.

Franklin is a BIG fan of the Bully Max Raw dog food topper! We first tried it dry as a food topper with dinner - instant hit (and yes, he is a Pug, so that may not seem like such a big deal). However, Franklin can tend to be a bit on the picky side (quite UN pug-like!) with some food/treats, so we knew this had to be good stuff! We have also been doing some professional training with him, and these work wonderfully as “high-value” treats (meaning he REALLY loves them!!). I love the nutrition that they offer. I could also see using this wet (you can mix w water to make it soft) if there are times when he (or your pet) needs a little extra motivation. Maybe when he’s needing a little extra love from the pet sitter, or when we need to sneak some meds in! Haha. We will definitely repurchase.

This review is for the raw topper, health & immunity. I so wanted my dog to love these but unfortunately he didn’t. He’s very picky about everything so I wasn’t too surprised. I like that they’re healthy & have added vitamins & chia seeds added in. There’s no gluten,grain ,corn ,soy or wheat. I’d recommend them though since my dog is just very picky. I donated them to my moms dog & she loved them.
