It won’t let me add my pets full name bc it’s too long apparently. Am I only able to add 7 letters?

I ordered the charcoal 18 x 28 placemat for my Cocker Spaniel pup Matthew. When it arrived I was in disbelief. You could barely see his name on the mat. It looked nothing like the photos on the chewy ad. They had obviously been retouched / edited. In the chewy photos you can see the name perfectly clear and on my mat you can barely make out Matthew's name.

We have a few other Waterhog products and this one is as good as the others. Durable and nice looking. It is also pretty easy to clean with a brush and carpet shampoo
