What's the inside dimensions? What's the size are the tires? Are the tires inflatable?

The interior dimensions are the following: 21.1 inches high, 17.3 inches wide, and 32.5 inches long. The wheel measures 16 inches. They are not inflatable.
Does the top mesh panel unzip so dog can stick head out?
