What's the inside dimensions? What's the size are the tires? Are the tires inflatable?

The interior dimensions are the following: 21.1 inches high, 17.3 inches wide, and 32.5 inches long. The wheel measures 16 inches. They are not inflatable.
Does the top mesh panel unzip so dog can stick head out?

The mesh does not unzip, but it can be rolled up as shown in the photo below.
