I’ve been getting Burt’s for years and have noticed a decline in quality, progressively getting waterier but this last bottle of shampoo was the final straw. It

I’ve been getting Burt’s for years and have noticed a decline in quality, progressively getting waterier but this last bottle of shampoo was the final straw. It was practically all water to the point where it couldn’t cling to my hand or my dog’s fur long enough for me to actually massage into him. It all rolled off into the tub. It was a new bottle because it was still wrapped in plastic when I got it. Sadly, Burt’s has become a waste of money and I won’t be buying shampoo, if anything, from them anymore.

My pups like it

I haven't gotten to use it on all five yet, but the old lady (12 yr old Airedale) liked it on her nose. Ollie, of course, tried to eat it. Smells nice too.
