Leaking and 1/4th gone

Received this with just a paper on top of the goods, no bag, not tape on the opening, no protection at all. And some of the items in the box ended up with this shampoo

Received this with just a paper on top of the goods, no bag, not tape on the opening, no protection at all. And some of the items in the box ended up with this shampoo on them so I had to take time out of a hectic day just to wash it off of the other goods. And the irony is one of the other items that was liquid in the box did come in a bag. Seriously, why can't the packing department at chewy just do the job right the first time around. Are they under staffed? Are they being so rushed that they can't do the job correctly? Do they need more training on how to pack various items? Are they getting paid so low they just don't care? Seriously! These are honest questions, because this needs to be solved because 9/10 times I receive a dameged item in my delivery because a piece of paper on top isn't going to do anything to protect the items. And it doesn't matter if you separate orders or if a representative puts a note, it all gets ignored. And the box was way oversized for this order, too much room was left for items to get tossed around on delivery. And since it's leaking it can't be returned because delivery companies don't take leaking liquids, and that's a fact. And 1/4 of the item is gone. Chewy, for 2026 resolution solve your packing issue because I am not the only customer that gets damaged goods from chewy just because it wasn't packed correctly the first time around. This has been going on for years and when Chewy just started this wasn't an issue, only an issue the past few years. And it costs more to exchange/replace an item due to using more gas and supplies to do so, so that's being more wasteful not less. As for the product itself okay scent of lemongrass, since i had to wash it off of other goods.

So, this is The One.

I am so impressed by this shampoo. The ingredients are clean, price is reasonable and the results speak for themselves. My 8mo rescue pup has sensitive and dry skin,

I am so impressed by this shampoo. The ingredients are clean, price is reasonable and the results speak for themselves. My 8mo rescue pup has sensitive and dry skin, so after trying 5-6 shampoos ranging from Jhnsons Baby Shampoo to some over $30, I picked this up (on a whim). Let me tell you her coat BEAMS. She also doesn't get dandruff from it. I don't use a conditioner and her fur still feels moisturized and everyone she meets says "she's so soft". She's had *noticeably* less scratching too. It has a light scent that is really nice; it does smell like sage. It doesn't linger super long (1-2days) -- but hey, I'll trade lack of a lasting scent any day for having a dog as comfortable and shiny as this has made mine! Remember, the things we use/feed/get for our dogs are about and for THEIR wellbeing! Lastly, I think part of these results are also due to good nutrition and exercise; but man my dog hasn't ever looked better than she did after her first bath with this. Well done, Burts Bees and thanks! (Will follow up with better photos!) Bath time was ~6pm and I took these photos around 11pm (in an apartment w/ overhead lighting) Thanks!
