is the foraging slot big enough so they can't get their feet stuck in it?

The window is approximately 3/4 inch long x 1/4 inch wide (0.67 x 0.20 inches) and there is one window on each side of the toy.

Great toy for birds to figure out, but as soon as they open, the lid Flys off. Every day I have to pull out the cage and search where the lid went. It usually hits

Great toy for birds to figure out, but as soon as they open, the lid Flys off. Every day I have to pull out the cage and search where the lid went. It usually hits and rolls. Some days I have to look allover the room they're in, under furniture for it. I'm done chasing it. Very overpriced and now I'm putting it away.
