I never received a refund, an account credit, a gift card or anything. I am very disappointed in Chewy’s, too.

Thin like paper and crispy. Before it was much thicker and pliable. I hope they just had an issue with production and I will try it one more time, but will stop if the product is sub par. Thank you

As with others, I have purchased Cadet Duck Jerky for years, but recently something has changed! They are thin, hard and difficult for my dog to chew. I have resorted to cutting up little pieces so she will not choke. Gave Cadet the benefit of the doubt, but no improvement with last 3 orders. Must move on to another company.
