Worked for my non-conventional purpose
I bought 2 of these knowing full-well that they would not fit on the cage I was using without modifications, however after reading the dimensions i figured they
I bought 2 of these knowing full-well that they would not fit on the cage I was using without modifications, however after reading the dimensions i figured they would work well enough - and they did! They were just the right size to fit onto my walk-in kennel/aviary. I fabricated metal rails for them to slide into for easy cleaning/assembly and was able to make them lock into place with a couple of washers, nuts & bolts. Overall they are pretty well made, however I am deducting 1 star because the plexi shield is a little finicky to slide open/closed with the push-button lock, and really awkward trying to manage this one-handed. *Just a word of warning = If you don't have the exact cage model these are designed for, expect to have to do some modifications to make it fit.
