Good for birds and pocket pets

I like this type of waterer for the rats. It keeps the water clean and offers a more natural way to drink. I have similar waterers that work very well. This one is so cute I had to get it. The plastic leaf is sturdy. Super cute, however, the drinking well is really small. It would be good for small birds like finches, maybe parakeet or small pocket pets like hamster. My ratty boys found the well too small to drink comfortably.

Picture on package doesn't show how to hang in cage. So far my 3 parakeets are not interested. I thought it looked cool with the attached perch. Maybe they will come around.
