I ordered for my cockatiel, Ollie Pop. Way too small for a cockatiel, the bird on the advertised product WAS a cockatiel, looking like there was plenty of room
I ordered for my cockatiel, Ollie Pop. Way too small for a cockatiel, the bird on the advertised product WAS a cockatiel, looking like there was plenty of room for the bird. Obviously some kind of photo shopped picture. NO WAY a cockatiel would find ANY pleasure with this product. A canary or finch would be appropriate. I'm going to see how to return it.
Excellent Window Perch for my English Budgie

This is the second time I have purchased this product, and the first one lasted for a very long time. The suctions cups finally gave out recently, after being baked in the sun for at least 5 years. This is a fantastic window perch for my English Budgie, Mr. Bean. He loves it and when he's out, he flies back and forth between his cage and this perch all day. He loves sitting in the window, having a snack and happily chattering to a toy, or to the birds outside. Be aware that the perch does swing a bit and makes some noise, which can frighten a bird at first, but they DO get used to it. It doesn't phase him at all any more. (The perch on the new one is a bit rough in spots, so I may end up sanding it just a bit.) I often hang a sprig of millet from the white bar, and those seeds go everywhere, so having a way of containing the mess really helps. To make my life even easier, I dampen a paper towel and mold it to the bottom tray to catch seeds and droppings, and change it regularly. If you have a Budgie who flies freely some of the time, I highly recommend this product.

Our parakeets love it!
The swing moved too much on the loose chains which scared them so we keep the wood perch in the highest ring of the chain so that it's stationary and that solved

yes it was difficult to put together
I saw in the reviews that it was tough to construct. So I was prepared. The instructions are poor. There is one tiny picture which shows how the sides and back go

There is one tiny picture which shows how the sides and back go together but they forget to tell you to do that first before attaching to the base. I figured it out but it took a few minutes. Otherwise a nice spot for a small bird who likes looking outside.

This perch catches the mess and it’s easy clean up when you place a paper towel on the bottom. Love it!
Not good for a cockatiel
The picture is way off. They make it seem bigger than it is in comparison. This toy is meant for parakeets or smaller and the box it comes in has parakeets on it

A cockatiel wouldnt even be able to make use of the hung toy and eyeline is right at the top edge of the play center,,, if i was a bird I would be so annoyed of that.

I was so upset when I received this for my cockatiel! The perch on the box shows a stationary perch for the bird. The actual product is a giant swing that no bird could sit upon. I was able to hot glue the stick so it’s stationary but my bird can not use the feeders now.
