My birds had been knocking down their old food cups that just had hooks, but they can’t budge these cups. However, even with the hood, they still manage to knock food out of the cups and onto the floor.

Significantly Less Messy

I bought this feeder to discourage my newly adopted Blue Crowned Conure from throwing her seeds out of her cup (hormonal temper tantrums). It worked like a charm!

I bought this feeder to discourage my newly adopted Blue Crowned Conure from throwing her seeds out of her cup (hormonal temper tantrums). It worked like a charm! It is significantly less messy around her cage during our daily cleaning routine. I’ve tried the clear ones that go in two pieces and I find that this is way easier, but you have to unscrew it to dump it daily so it would need to be in an easy to reach location.
