Not Happy with this purchase

I ordered 2 ladders both were bad. One was warped and the other one was cracked where the hooks go in. Totally worthless... Not even worth the time to send them back because it takes to long and they can deny my return. I really want to order stuff online but most of my stuff comes damaged or not the quality I look for.
