Rings and mirrors toy.

Great! This is the 2nd one I bought for my parakeets. They enjoy the bells and mirrors on this toy and toss it back and forth over their perch.

I need to switch out my birds toys to keep them stimulated. I thought this would be a good one because of the mirrors and the bell. Well it is missing one of the mirrors. I don't think this will make a huge difference in their interest. Just was a bit disappointed.
