Customer service is so easy to contact and I get a real person! Whoever I speak with is smiling (I can hear it) and has a genuine desire to make my life easier no matter if I have an issue or several questions. Orders arrive very fast! My Goffins cockatoo still hasn’t destroyed it!

It’s lasted a week now and goin strong! My cockatoo destroys toys in hours at most and this is still goin strong! Highly recommend!

They loved destroying this!

First they preened the raffia, then pulled them all out before chewing the wood. Lasted a good long time. Have bought more of these.

Doesn't attract birds attention

My African Gray went wild for this toy. Most of the toys he likes are destroyed in less than a day, but this one kept him happily occupied for two weeks! After he had untied all the knots and shredded the colored ropes, he kept going and turned the base block into tiny wood chips.
