These pee pads really work. We place newspapers over the pads to avoid having to wash the pads every time our dog uses them. But the pads wash really well. If

If a pad gets stained, just use a detergent with OXY or something like that. I am constantly recommending these pee pads to friends with elderly pets or pets trained to use indoor toiletry.

I use these as training mats, not potty pads, for my dogs to lie down while we have breakfast or coffee while out and about. They're so easy to chuck into the washer, and keep them dry and clean on dirty/damp patio floors. They fold up nicely into my training bag/car to bring with us on outings. I also have one on top of my grooming table for traction and to protect the surface from wet dogs, sprays, and powders. Buy 2, buy 10, you'll use them.
