I had been looking for a front hook harness that did not go over the head. My puppy is chewing everything and could reach the clips . He ruined 3 . This one is thicker
I had been looking for a front hook harness that did not go over the head. My puppy is chewing everything and could reach the clips . He ruined 3 . This one is thicker and the ring is a little flatter. It is perfect for him he is a little small for it but he is still some growing.works well.

I found he is even better if the lead gets between his front legs? Whatever works! And he can't slip it off. Love the handle on the top. He loves his walks and I'm starting to too.

This harness is very well-constructed, but I don't understand why the rings where the leash is cleaned are made out of plastic instead of steel. Sure, it's a very hard type of plastic, but steel would've been a much better choice. We requested a return of ours because it was too small through the chest for our dog, but that particular oversight kept us from buying the larger size.

Works Great for my Puller
I have a 6-month old large breed puppy, he has been a puller. Other front clip harnesses have shifted a lot when he tugs. This one shifts the least amount of all
I have a 6-month old large breed puppy, he has been a puller. Other front clip harnesses have shifted a lot when he tugs. This one shifts the least amount of all the ones we have tried. It really is helping. I also really like the top handle for holding him in place.

Beautiful to look at and looks good on HOWEVER
My Anatolian puppy figured out how to get her mouth into the harness and chew through it which resulted in a 45 minute chase to get her back home! I f I didnt have
My Anatolian puppy figured out how to get her mouth into the harness and chew through it which resulted in a 45 minute chase to get her back home! I f I didnt have COPD it would have been hilarious. However I do and it wasn’t . I tossed it and bought a Tigeress vest. She chewed through the front of it too but it held around her waste so she didnt get away. While she is in training to guard the livestock she is on a 50 ft lead. I wish someone could make a Kavelar vest!!
Works for pullers!
I loved this so much I bought another and got other family to do so also. I was tired of being dragged down the street and this makes walls much more pleasant! Bonus

Fits Larger sized Bernese mountain dogs well, Buckles and straps were thick, heavy duty and padded for comfort. It didn’t break or show any ware with a 150lb Bernese Mountain dog with a fear of needles fighting against it in the vets office. Will get another for our other Giant Breed dog.
