Always read instructions!
So, I feel like a total numbskull. I measured my dog’s neck, bought the item accordingly, received the item, put it on my dog and immediately was like, this is too
So, I feel like a total numbskull. I measured my dog’s neck, bought the item accordingly, received the item, put it on my dog and immediately was like, this is too big! And went directly to customer support, where they immediately gave me a refund and told me not to return the item but donate it instead. Awe. So nice! I would have never thought I should read directions for putting on a bandana, alas, it would have saved me and the kind customer service agent a lot of time if I would have. Here’s the kicker!!! Upon further investigation, I discovered it’s NOT TO BIG! You have to tie the bandana in knot and THEN secure the snaps! Then slip it over your dog’s head. Voila! It fits!! My apologies to Chewy for being this customer who didn’t try to be a problem solver before crying to customer service. Thanks to the agent who was kind and patient and gave me a refund no questions asked. I’m going to do better from now on. I haven’t actually used the product for its intended purpose yet, hence the 4 star rating.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chewy and their dedication to animals. I bought cooling bandanas for my dogs and they were too big. I asked to exchange
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chewy and their dedication to animals. I bought cooling bandanas for my dogs and they were too big. I asked to exchange them and a very nice customer service representative said they can't do exchanges but I can return them. I said yes please and I will order the next size under. He returns and says the refund is complete but no need to send them back. Please feel free to donate them to a local shelter, which I absolutely will. To me this is an AMAZING company. It just shows how much they care about animals. This is why I will always order from Chewy!!!
