Canada Pooch Hot Pavement Dog Boots, 2

I bought these boots for my heeler mix. She cut the pad on one of her toes and to keep her from picking at it and to keep it protected and mostly dry I tried these boots and they work great! She has pulled the Velcro off and slipped out of the boots a few times, but I caught her in time so she didn’t damage them. They work well on pavement as well to protect her feet. To ensure her injury stayed dry I used “cling and seal” wrap over the boot when going outside in the snow. (Currently live in Wisconsin, but moving to southern TX later in the year) My dog, Lilly, is about 45 pounds but she has very small feet, more like a 35 pound dogs feet and I got her a size 2.

I have a service dog and during extreme weather I always worry about her paws. Her feet are more narrow and long then square like a lot of dogs and finding boots that fit is difficult. These boots allow for a wide range of foot shapes and within 2 minutes my dog was happy with them. I’ve probably bought a dozen sets of boots and these are the first my dog actually likes. The suede allows the boot to provide protection but to also be more breathable. Plus the color allows you to easily find a boot if one comes off. Granted my dog has worn them for over 40 hours and hasn’t had one come off yet.
