What size would you recommend for an 85 pound pit bull?

The sizing chart may be located by clicking the “Size” tab, on the product page. To select the best size we recommend that you measure your dog's length, chest girth (circumference) and neck girth (circumference). To measure the length you'll measure starting at the base of the neck and end at the base of the tail. To measure the chest girth you'll measure around the broadest part of the rib-cage behind the front legs and to measure for the neck girth you'll measure at the broadest part of the neck. If the dog happens to be in between sizes, it's then recommended to select the bigger size.
How do I put this on my dog...step in? velcro wrap? zip? How is this secured while wearing?

This raincoat has a velcro opening that can be secured around their stomach.
My dog measures 11 in around her neck, 19 in around her chest, 14 in from neck to top of tail and she weighs 15 lb. Which size would be best?
