Pooches wouldn’t eat

These treats crumble into small pieces making a mess and our pooches wouldn’t touch them. They look like a paste of ingredients which were dried, not chicken pieces

Most of the ends were all crumbled off and at the bottom of the bag. Half the time the dogs take them and don't even eat them. Will not be purchasing again.

Not like the picture

Received first order and most of the ends were all crumbled off and at the bottom of the bag. The "chewy" chicken flavored ends are so hard and brittle, they crumble

Received first order and most of the ends were all crumbled off and at the bottom of the bag. The "chewy" chicken flavored ends are so hard and brittle, they crumble everywhere. Chewy sent me a replcement bag as I just thought these might have been old, but the same thing was delivered as a replacement. Tried to give one to the dog and he chewed the actual stick, but left all the crumbled chicken mess.
