Chewy Customer Service was awesome! Very quickly refunded my order. Mat is just cut up pieces of foam pressed together that quickly came apart when I tried to remove

Chewy Customer Service was awesome! Very quickly refunded my order. Mat is just cut up pieces of foam pressed together that quickly came apart when I tried to remove the cover to wash. Plus there was nothing moisture proof as advertised. My dog had an accident in his crate and it soaked all the way through and the odor would not go away. Would not recommend.

This bed was described as a memory foam layer over an orthopedic foam layer. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This bed is merely cheap foam bits glued together

This bed was described as a memory foam layer over an orthopedic foam layer. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This bed is merely cheap foam bits glued together. It is not cushioning or supportive at all - in fact, the glue makes it extremely hard and uncomfortable. On top of that, there is a label sewn into the top of the bed which is just as infuriating - it will require meticulous removal before allowing your pup anywhere near it, and good luck removing it without tearing the cover! I’m extremely disappointed with this bed and will be returning it.

Wonderful

Bought this for a senior pet with chronic issues. He likes his crate liner with sides but it's not very padded so i placed this underneath. He sleeps more on this

Strange non-memory foam stuffing

While the outside was nice the inside stuffing was odd (looked as if pieces of scrap foam were glued together). Plus and this isn’t the manufacturers fault my pup

Great supplement to foam beds

We bought two of these to put under our greyhound's beds, as the foam didn't provide great support. She loves the additional density and they fit well.

Our husky pup used to destroy every bed in her kennel no matter what brand we tried. For a good while, we had to leave her in there with no bed because she just ruined everything. Now that she’s a bit older, we decided to give it one more shot. This bed is perfect for her. Comfy enough but firm so that it fits perfecting in the bottom of her crate and she can’t easily move it around. She’s much more comfortable in there now! Even goes in there now just to relax when she doesn’t have to
