Visibly sunken in a few weeks
I might have received a defective one? I really liked it in the beginning as my senior giant dog loved it immediately after I opened the package. But just a few weeks in, I noticed that the middle part of the bed is sunken like other reviewers mentioned. I opened the zipper to fluff up the insert but found 2 smaller inserts there instead of 1 large solid piece(see the picture) If you are buying it for a small dog(s) it would be ok, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are buying it for a large dog.

The bed is a bit bigger than I planned (even though I measured) so I had to rearrange a little but other than that it's totally worth the money I paid for it! My dog hasn't stopped laying on it since I unpacked it so she's the one that gave 5 stars! The bed has a nice thick bottom and a soft fluffy top and it's totally comfortable! Thanx Chewy!!!
Not good
I thought the bed started off good because the dogs enjoy it. But the top has become a giant lump. I was also disappointed to find out only the bottom part comes out to put in the wash. Pretty dumb considering the top where the dogs lay on is the part that gets dirty and smelly. I was just going to throw it in the wash as is but then noticed holes all through the flimsy material of the pillow top, which doesn't make sense because it's on the inside facing the padding where the dogs never touch. Poorly made and designed!
Bigger than listed, not good for heavy pups
It gets 4/5 stars because the measurements given are off, and the “orthopedic” part is suss. It looks absolutely amazing, like the fluffiest pillow bed, but with weight it collapses. Not the best bed for my sweet old lady who I originally purchased it for, she’s a shepherd mix and weighs about 130 lbs. I bought it to be next to my partner’s side of the bed, but it is wider than listed, it is now an obstacle & is not as supportive for her as I was expecting for an orthopedic bed. Fortunately the younger/smaller pups love it.
Great except 1 thing
Bought this for my large older dog who has some arthritis. She loved it but so did my two smaller dogs who ended up peeing on it on day 2. The cover is washable but the pee soaked through the cover and onto the foam pillow. We have tried all sorts of ways to eliminate the odor but have been unsuccessful. This will get donated to a shelter.

I’ve been looking for a thicker bed for our puppy who will definitely be growing a lot! We have hard tile floors so I wanted something firm at the bottom to cushion his weight. It’s very soft and large enough for him to spread out. He jumped on and cozied up immediately!
Get This Bed!!!
We just unpacked it and our 7yo shepherd fell asleep on it in under 5 minutes. Super soft but very supportive! Seems very well made, hopefully it stands the test of time! May have to get a second one for our younger shepherd mix who seems a little offended that we didn't get him one too.
It was large enough
It didn't have as much support as I expected. The picture is deceiving. When my dog lays down, he sinks into the bed.
LOVES the bed
Both of my dogs loves these beds. I put them in the living room and I couldn't get them to go to bed because I currently have a different bed in my bedroom.
COLLAPSED!
Within 3-4 weeks of purchasing this bed, the top 'stuffing' collapsed or settled, however you want to view it. The bottom portion is one solid piece that hasn't held up and the entire midfle now sags with little support. Not happy!
